As a Content Strategist at Industrious, an international provider of coworking and flexible office spaces, I managed a corporate social media portfolio from Feb 2022 to Sept. 2024. Our primary channels were Instagram and LinkedIn, but Industrious maintains a presence across most mainstream social media.
During my tenure, I implemented a pivot to video-based content, capitalizing on social platforms’ recent shifts to vertical, Reels-based formats. I partnered closely with our Creative Director and Sr. Graphic Designer, and directly managed a part-time Content Creator to ensure timely planning, production, and delivery of all content.
Key Wins:
- Grew organic social leads by 358% in a one year period
- Grew tours of Industrious workplaces from organic social sources by 254%
- Grew the combined audience across all Industrious social channels by 500%
- Doubled user traffic to the Industrious website from organic social sources
“Best of”
“Best of” is a reel series designed to spotlight newly opened locations, offices in dense markets, and the surrounding neighborhoods. The series was a strong performer for both social channel engagement and lead acquisition.
I piloted this initiative with Diana Mena, a part-time content creator I managed. All participating teams were briefed on tone of voice and content capture requirements, and allowed for a wide berth of creativity in how to present their locations. The Creative Team maintained final edit over all content.
Archetypes
Archetypes are slice-of-life reels that highlight different types of members and member experiences that can be found at Industrious. They are inspired by real member behaviors and use cases.
Archetype reels were initially created accompany the You Belong Here campaign that ran from Q3 2023 to Q1 2024. They quickly evolved into a standalone format once they proved to be a strong source for applications and tours of Industrious offices.
